Returns Policy

If the product you received is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return form.

All products that stated no return & refund on the product information page are not returnable or refundable.

Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.

Category for Return

1. Groceries , Dried Food, Beverages & Alcohol & Tobacco , Health & Beauty (FMCG) Products: Items sold and delivered are non-returnable or refundable.

2. All the others product category return & exchange policy will be depend on each individual seller. Please read the seller return & exchange policy carefully upon placing an order from the seller.

Conditions for return

1. The products package, all tag label, warranty card, present items must be in original condition

2. Must be within the (7) days for consumer electrics & fashion

3. For Groceries & other consumer goods, we request customer to check carefully for all order upon receiving with delivery team before signing the Delivery Order Form. However, for groceries that is check & accepted by customer are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable.

4. For some products that have brand warranty, Warranty card will be issue together with the order invoice. For product that need repair & exchange within the warranty period,  we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable)

5. For any return (or) exchange that is not by seller fault, there will be charges apply to customer for the pick-up & re-delivery of the products

Returns Process

1. Customer have to fill up an online product Exchange/ Return Request Form

2. Send it to lola’s after sales service from email, our sales service team will contact you to check out the conditions.

3. Pack items and return to lola (customer can send it back to lola office or request for lola delivery team to pick up, for picking up, service charges will apply)

4. You will be notified via phone and email once parcel arrived. Further instructions will be done by phone (will take action from 1 to 2 working days)

5. If Lola/ seller fault or error, all shipping fees will be incurred by Lola/ Seller's . 

6. Lola / Seller will ship correct product to your address within 3 to 5 working day of screening date.

7. If return product is not in good conditions as mentioned above, all shipping fees will be incurred by customer

8. If you have received a non-returnable item that is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete, please contact us within (1) days of delivery.
